Hemora stores, reads and orders your medical documents. It shows the values and reference ranges exactly as each clinic printed them, and how they change over time.

It issues no diagnoses, interprets no results, recommends no tests or treatments, and does not replace a healthcare professional. Any decision about your health is made with your doctor.

Automatic reading can get things wrong. That is why we show you what we understood before saving it, and the original document always stays available: that is the one that counts.

Signing up gives you full access for 30 days. We ask for no payment details, so there is nothing to cancel: when it ends, the account moves to the free plan by itself.

Free plan: the complete record, with no expiry, up to 10 AI-read documents and free export.

Salud+: 39,99 € a year or 5,99 € a month. Familia: 69,99 € a year or 9,99 € a month, for 5 profiles.

Prices include applicable taxes. A price change never affects a period already paid for, and is announced in advance.

You can export your whole record whenever you like, free and in open formats. When you close your account the export is offered in the same step, before the content is destroyed.

Reaching the free plan's limit never hides, locks or holds back what you already have. The only thing that stops is new documents coming in.

Upload only your own documents, or those of someone you legally represent. Do not use the service to process other people's data without their knowledge.

Keep your password safe. If you suspect someone has been in your account, tell us and close all sessions.

We undertake to take reasonable care over the safekeeping and security of your data, and to tell you without delay if a breach affecting you occurred.

We are not liable for health decisions taken on the basis of what the application shows, nor for errors in an original document issued by a third party.

If these terms change materially, we tell you by email before they apply.

If the service had to close, we would give enough notice to export everything, and export would remain free.
