Hemora is a personal health record. It stores your own medical documents, reads them automatically to file them and extract the values they contain, and shows them ordered over time.

It provides no medical care, issues no diagnoses and does not replace a consultation. It is not a medical device within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2017/745, which is why it never interprets or judges a result: it shows the value and the reference range exactly as printed by the clinic that issued the document.

Browsing is open to anyone. Creating an account is currently limited to residents of Spain, for health-data compliance reasons.

You undertake to upload only your own documents, or those of people you legally represent.

The design, texts and software belong to the owner. The documents and data you upload remain yours: Hemora acquires no rights over them beyond what is strictly needed to run the service.

Spanish law applies. Spanish courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
