Where this starts

Your health does not fit in five portals

The blood test is on your regional health portal. The MRI is at a private clinic. The specialist's report came by email. The X-ray is a photo in your camera roll. Change doctor, city or insurer and you start again, telling it from memory.

01

Scattered

Every clinic keeps its own piece, and only its own piece.

02

No memory

Nobody compares today's ferritin with the one from four years ago.

03

On loan

When you leave, the history stays behind.

Spain runs seventeen regional health systems that barely speak to each other. None of them holds your private care. None of them is yours.

How it works

Three steps, and none of them is sorting folders

01

Throw it in

A photo taken on your way out of the appointment, a PDF from the portal, a screenshot. No renaming, no filing, no form to fill in.

02

The AI reads it

It recognises what kind of document it is and pulls out the date, the clinic and the measured values. You see it and confirm: nothing enters your record unseen.

03

Your history grows

Each document takes its place on the timeline. Each value joins its curve. A year later the trend is simply there, with nothing else asked of you.

What it accepts

Throw anything at it

There is no folder for each kind and no correct file type. If it is a piece of paper about your health, it goes in. The rest is our job.

A report with its scan attached is one examination, not two loose documents. Hemora proposes them together and you decide.

Inside

What appears once there is history

Timeline

Your entire medical life in one view, from the first document to the last.

Curves by marker

Your haemoglobin, your ferritin, your vitamin D, measurement by measurement, with the ranges each lab printed.

Body map

Where you have been looked at, when, and what was found. Only what is on record.

Health passport

Your whole history in a link that expires. Hand it to your doctor and they open it from the consulting room, without creating an account.

Who it is for

People who want to see what is happening to their body

You do not need to be ill to keep a record. You need to want to know whether what you are doing works — and to have to hand what the doctor said three years ago.

You train seriously

See whether your iron rises when you change your diet, and whether resting heart rate falls over the months.

You live with something chronic

The whole follow-up in one place, without telling it from the start at every new appointment.

You look after your family

Your children's records and your parents', each with its own sign-in and one single invoice.

You change doctor or city

You leave home with your whole history in your pocket and send it in one click when you arrive.

The illustrations are our own drawings. We use no stock photos of people and no invented testimonials: the day there are user quotes, they will carry their names.

Body and activity

Connect the health data on your phone

Your weight, your sleep, your resting heart rate and your activity, on the same timeline as your lab results. That is where a number starts to mean something: seeing your ferritin next to the months you slept badly is something no medical portal does.

Security and data

The most private thing you own deserves the most serious treatment

A medical record is not a contact list. Here is what we do, put in terms you can check.

Encrypted at rest

Every file, and the text extracted from it, is stored encrypted with AES-256-GCM. Read the database without the key and nothing is legible.

In the European Union

Hosting, the database and the files are in Frankfurt. AI reading and email, in France. Some of these providers are companies with a US parent: their support may access data from outside the EEA to resolve a problem, covered by standard contractual clauses. We say so because promising otherwise would be false.

Only what is needed

We ask for an email and a password. No ID number, no phone, no card to begin with. What does not exist cannot leak.

Nobody trains on your record

The model that reads your documents does not learn from them. The provider retains nothing, and we do not pass data to third parties for commercial purposes. Ever.

You can take it with you

Full export at any time, free, in an open format — and automatic if you close your account. Article 20 of the GDPR requires it; it is also what we would want if this were ours.

Consent on the record

We store that you agreed, which version of the text, and when. You can withdraw it, and see what we hold about you whenever you like.

Access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction and objection: write to privacidad@hemora.es and we answer within one month at the latest. If our answer does not satisfy you, you may complain to the Agencia Espanola de Proteccion de Datos (AEPD), www.aepd.es.

Security

What it is not

Hemora shows. It does not diagnose.

This is not cautious wording, it is the line that defines the product. Hemora shows you the value your lab printed and the range your lab printed, and lets you watch it change. It does not say whether that is fine, does not suggest a test, does not propose a treatment.

  • It is not a medical device and does not replace a consultation.
  • It does not interpret your results or issue diagnoses.
  • Decisions about your health are made with your doctor.

Questions

What people ask before trusting us

What happens to my documents when the trial ends?

Nothing. They stay there, complete and readable, and you can export them whenever you like. The only change is that no new document goes in above 10, and that analysis and reminders pause.

Can the account really be deleted?

Yes. When you ask to close it we hand you the full export in the same step, then the content is destroyed. We do not keep a copy just in case.

Who can see my record?

You. Our staff do not browse records; technical access is logged and only happens if you ask us to look into a problem.

Does the AI keep what it reads?

No. The model provider works with zero retention and does not train on what we send. It receives the document text, not your account name.

Will it tell me if a result is bad?

It shows you the value and the range your lab printed, and how it has changed. It passes no medical judgement: that is an appointment, not an app.

Why Spain only for now?

Because opening one more country means meeting its health-data rules from the first user, not afterwards. We would rather do it properly, one at a time. Leave your email and we will tell you.

What if Hemora shuts down?

Your export is complete and in open formats, with nothing proprietary in it. A record that can only be read here would not be yours.

Writing from outside Spain?

Leave your email and we will tell you when we open your country. Nothing else, no other mail.
